Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The item in question has
to be returned to us on or before the 14th day from the date of you having received it.

You must inform us in writing why you are unhappy with the item. Feel free to email us directly at
enquiries@latimerliving.com.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

You must keep record of your order number and please quote your order number on all
correspondence.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you
that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment).

Your refund will be issued within 5 working days of us receiving the returned goods, depending your
card issuer’s policies, if the refund is approved.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you are
returning a product as a result of the product being defective, the shipping will be for Latimer Living’s account.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
